Do I need an appointment?
We recommend booking online. It takes about a minute, no credit card is required, and your spot is guaranteed. Weekends fill up fast, so book a few days ahead for Saturday or Sunday. Same-day times are often open on weekdays.
What ages do you cut?
We specialize in babies, toddlers and kids up to age 12. First haircuts are welcome from 6 months old.
When should my baby get their first haircut?
Most babies are ready somewhere between 6 and 18 months. There is no perfect age. It depends on how much hair your child has and whether it is getting in their eyes. If you are not sure, call your nearest salon and we will help you decide.
What's included in the First Haircut Package?
A gentle cut by one of our most experienced stylists, a keepsake certificate with your child's name and the date, a lock of hair to take home, and a photo of the moment. The package is $45.
What if my child cries or won't sit still?
That is completely normal and we see it every day. We slow down, take breaks, put on their favorite show, and never force it. You can even hold your child on your lap while we cut. Most kids settle faster than parents expect.
Can I stay with my child during the haircut?
Absolutely. Parents stay right there the whole time. Hold their hand, sit next to them, or hold them on your lap. Whatever helps them feel safe.
How much do haircuts cost?
Prices depend on the service and your child's age. You will see the full price for every service when you book online, before you confirm anything.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Yes. Use the link in your confirmation text or email to cancel or reschedule at least 4 hours before your appointment.
What if my child has lice?
We cannot do haircuts when lice are present. Please reschedule once your child has been treated.
