APPOINTMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY

We have a 5-minute late policy, so please arrive on time to keep all appointments on schedule. If you are more than 5 minutes late, a walk-in customer may take your spot. Stylist requests are not guaranteed. No-shows will be charged $15 per appointment. Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours in advance by calling the salon or emailing us via our chat.

If you are going to be late, need to cancel, or reschedule, please call us with as much advance notice as possible, or email us or via chat on Bubble Cuts site.

 

Walk-ins are accepted when possible, on a first-come, first-served basis, and must be in the salon. No walk-ins are allowed one hour before closing time.

 

  • We schedule our services by appointment so that we can best serve your family.

  • A credit card is required to reserve all appointments. 

  • After you’ve booked your appointment, we’ll send an e-mail to confirm your booking. 

  • We accept cancellations prior to your appointment time and must be made 12 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. Any late cancellations or missed appointments will result in a $15 charge to the credit card on file.

  • Please be prompt to your appointment time in order for us to have the full duration that your service needs and the quality haircut you deserve! We want to be respectful of your reserved time as well as the next guest’s appointment.
